At Analytical Behavioral Consultants (ABC), our mission is to provide the highest quality behavior analytic services, based on the most current research in both Verbal Behavior (VB) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to learners with Developmental Delays and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We are currently hiring Program Directors, Lead Managers, and Tutors/Behavior Technicians for clients throughout the East Bay. We serve clients from Oakland to Brentwood and from Richmond & Antioch, Walnut Creek & Concord to Hayward & Fremont. We provide both home and school – based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs children diagnosed with ASD and their families.
· We have both full and Part-time positions available and very flexible hours. The Tutor/Behavior technician positions available are a perfect entry level position for anyone looking to gain experience in Psychology and/or Education.
· All positions are also a perfect secondary job for teachers looking to supplement their income. We pay very competitive wages and many clients are available after school hours, and we do not work on weekends.
· For those working towards a graduate level degree in Behavior Analysis, and/or Board Certification, we provide all 1500 BCBA supervision hours, and you get paid while doing them!!!
BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN/TUTOR
Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide either home and/or school based daily direct instruction to the client.
· Accurately and consistent implement instructional protocols, data collection, and record keeping pertaining to time sheets.
Qualifications and Skills
· Reliable means of transportation (All work is done in children’s homes OR schools so travel is essential.)
· Some experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and working with children with ASD.
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education or a related Human Services field OR active RBT certification with the BACB is HIGHLY PREFERRRED.
· Availability between the times of 9:00 AM to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Ideal candidates will be available roughly 10-30 hours per week, but we will work around any qualified candidate’s particular scheduling needs.)
· No past criminal history and must pass a background check.
· Basic computer skills.
· Be professional, organized, punctual, caring and patient.

LEAD MANAGER
Responsibilities and Duties
· The Lead Manager helps the Program director to assess, design, and oversee programs for individuals in their homes and educational settings.
· The Lead Manager is responsible to aid in the development and clinical oversight of the program, to make materials as needed, and to ensure staff members are maximally effective.
· Each clinical staff member works collaboratively with a team consisting of numerous BCBAs and/or Master’s in ABA and will receive ongoing supervision from the Executive Directors.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Education or a related Human Services field OR an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field required (Board Certified Behavior Analyst -BCBA strongly preferred).
· Available between 9am-8:30pm for 10-40 hours per week
· Experience in evaluation and treatment of children with serious behavioral problems and spectrum disorder preferred; experience working with adults is a plus.
· Experience mentoring and supervising program staff
· Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR/ BCBA
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is supervisory clinical position. The Director is responsible for managing a team of BT/RBTs in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for a caseload of patients. The BCBA works closely with the Operations and Clinical Teams to ensure quality of care, authorization, supervision, and implementation of
treatment plans are provided in the effective treatment of patients. The BCBA models culture throughout their daily interactions with every individual in the clinic, home, and community settings. The BCBA oversees and provides training to the clinical team that directly impacts each patient on his or her caseload in all environments where treatment occurs.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Conducts patient intake assessments inclusive of FBA and curricular assessments and assist in the on-boarding of new patients
· Develops the initial treatment plan and make regular program modifications
· Writes treatment protocols and behavior support plans
· Communicates regularly with parents to facilitate the clinical objectives of the patients treatment plan
· Meets regularly with the Clinical Manager to review treatment plans, discuss case conceptualization, and problem solve any barriers to patient progress
· Oversees a team of RBTs including regular supervision of treatment, ongoing training, support and mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations (informal and formal)
· Conducts regular parent training to ensure treatment fidelity across caregivers and promotes generalization of skills across environments
· Develops managerial and leadership skills on an ongoing basis
· Supports quality assurance measures by collecting IOA, treatment fidelity data, and reviewing RBT clinical notes
· Coordinates with the Training Coordinator to identify and plan for RBTs requiring additional training outside of regularly scheduled supervision
· Provides supervision and oversight to apprentices/individuals pursuing certification
· Participates in the development and dissemination of educational and ongoing development initiatives
· Maintains BCBA certification by renewing certification as mandated by BACB/state regulatory body
· Demonstrates a high level of engagement in company culture (i.e., a culture champion), including but not limited to robust understanding of Cultivates Mission and Culture
· Attends meetings and trainings as required
· Participates in companywide projects or initiatives
· Maintains applied skills to be able to model for supervisees, as necessary
· Works ethically and with integrity while following the BACB Ethical Code
· Understands and adheres to HIPAA policies
· Remains ready and available to work during regular business hours as well as outside of regular business hours in order to accommodate patient needs and schedules
· Maintains a reliable record of attendance and punctuality
· Adheres to Cultivate policies and procedures
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
· Two (2) years of experience in functional discipline preferred
· Minimum of one (1) year experience within ABA
· Masters degree with concentration in ABA
· At least two (2) years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
· BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
· Desire to work with children
· Familiarity with the field of early intervention preferred
· Passionate about behavioral science and disseminating best practices and current research within the field of ABA
